December 2022 Update: We will have 5 Trained First Aid Officers on site each day, who will receive an additional $5 per hour. To make things fair, each will serve as the TFA 1 day per week, e.g Mondays: MJ, Tuesdays: AB, etc.
As usual, what is written below, is subject to change or being rescinded.

Our goal is to employ unskilled Humans, 21+, who will be trained in transferrable skills.
Part Time, 20 hours per week $400-$500 @ $25 per hour, +20% super and $1 per completed candle, (Candle Making Duties).
Full Time 40 Hours, Same As Above. Added Extra: Will receive 1 paid day off monthly. Hence why F/T’s work an extra 2 hours weekly, unpaid.
Hours: Monday to Friday 07:00–16:00, yes, it’s 9 hours, but breaks will be unpaid, but working 7.5 hours, paid for 8 hours.
Breaks: 15* Minutes each for morning and afternoon tea. 1 Hour for lunch.
*Paid.
Team Members can elect to have their breaks reduced.
At this stage, No T/M will work weekends or Public Holidays, we will ask for volunteers. Weekends/P/H worked will only be when we are struggling to keep up with orders. W/E & P/H Rates to be determined.
Hatching Day Off, Paid, Plus receive $10 per year lived on this earth, e.g, turning 57, $570 cash payment.
Each Team Member will be trained in all areas of the business:
Candle-Making,
Warehousing,
Packing,
Administration,
General Office,
Canteen,
Cleaning,
Transportation.
Update: T/M’s suffering their monthly visitor, will work from home, calling new customers about their orders.
We envisage being a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), however, if not achievable, then T/M’s able to attend Classroom Training, 1 or 2 days per week, paid of course in addition to their Onsite working attendance.
We want to help Everyday Winning Humans succeed, both Career and Financially Wise.
We will also allow flexibility in the workplace for new parents.
Hopefully there will be a Child-Minding space, so parents can work and still be close to their offspring.
If anybody reading this is unemployed, my suggestion is request all your loved ones to become PCCM’s so you will have the chance to be employed, especially those of you who reside in Melbourne, Australia. What an awesome Christmas present that would be.
T/M Leave Benefits:
1 Mental Health Day per month.
12 days Sick Leave.
Additional 12 days Personal Leave.
5 weeks Annually.
Additional Bonus: Leave days can accrue into the following calendar year, or paid out in cash, or a 50/50 split, T/M’s will decide.
Each T/M will have access to EAP as needed.
There will be a weekly meeting whereby each T/M will be required to attend.
This meeting will allow T/M’s to have their input about the business, because we believe when our T/M’s are happy, they will perform better.
Regular 1:1 meetings between CCM and each T/M. These will remain confidential.
There will be transport from the nearest Railway Station to the Production Studio and return each day for T/M’s, PCCM’s and Visitors**. 1st bus will leave the station, 1 hour before work is due to commence.
