Is a 2 way street, & if you want to be respected, you should show respect to others.
This includes using the correct pronouns, gender, name of the person/s you are talking with.

Growing up, we were taught to respect our elders, which I did, however, most of them never respected anybody under 18, which sucked big time.
We are all Human Beings & as such, are entitled to basic equal treatment by everyone.
Before COVID, many people felt the need to look down on those they did not feel were worthy of their perceived respect,
However, since the pandemic began, most of those menial jobs, have now become the most important to some:
Cleaners/Janitors,
Transport Workers,
Retail Workers,
Vehicle Repairers,
Contact Centre Operators (My Current Job),
& many more.
None of us know if we will be forced to work in any of the above jobs, because circumstances can & do change, so a job you may look down on today, could be yours tomorrow.
Therefore, please have
RESPECT FOR EVERYONE
As someone who has been misunderstood most of their life, I strongly encourage you all to never believe everything you are told about someone, instead talk to the person involved, because who knows what they are going through, they may surprise you.
External Looks fade, internal stay the same.

My goal is to raise enough funds to finally Establish MCC.
