We suggest investing for the long term, at least 5-10 years.
Those who remain for 10 years as an active PCCM/Investor, and we have made at least $5 million Annual After Tax Profit (AATP) per year for the previous 4 years, will receive their joining fee refunded minimum.
OUR VISION AND PURPOSE.
We want to help everyday winners achieve financial freedom within 10 years, however, we do not recommend resigning from your current employment, until you are earning 3 x your current monthly salary, each month, for at least 12 months prior.
We plan to employ “Unemployable” winners and train them so they become “Employable.”
We also hope to establish more Production Studios in Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom/Europe, within 5-10 years.
Possibly having Mobile Candle Making Units too.
All Candles will be Hand Made and Poured, Vegan (Where Possible) and each candle holder can be upcycled.
PCCM’s and their customers, will receive $0.50 credit each per candle holder returned which can be upcycled.
PCCM’s will receive $1 credit per candle holder returned, from their personal orders.
PCCM’s will share in 80% of AATP. Paid early November annually, commencing once we have been in operation for a full Financial Year: July- June.
Once the website has been updated, PCCM’s will receive their own log in to check their commissions, place orders, check their customer base, plus receive exclusive benefits, plus much more. TBA.
When a new customer places an order, when their post/zip code is inputted, their local member’s details: Name, and location only, if they accept the member as their referrer, the commission is then allocated to said member.
Members will receive a notification and encouraged to send a personal welcome email to their new customer.
Members can refer friends to us, however, they must provide your member number for you to be their referring member and for you to receive the commissions too.
PCCM’s will receive 20% commission per candle bought, $5 AUD.
PCCM’s will be eligible to work at our 1st Production Studio, which will be located in Victoria, Australia. Duration will depend on Government regulations at the time.
If any family members plan a Working Holiday to Australia, and they are interested in working with us, you can nominate them in your place.
Each PCCM will be eligible for up to 12 months employment duration every 5 years.
PCCM’s eligible to create their own signature candle.
Receive 2 free candles during your birth month, plus $20* per year you have lived on this earth.
*Subject to enough revenue to achieve this.
