This commission can be paid in the following ways:
Full amount per month, minimum $100 to your nominated Financial Institution
Or split 5 ways:
20% each to 4 charities of your choice in your name.
20% can be paid to you, or placed in our trust fund & available to you if you need quick access to funds, or 10% paid, with 10% in Trust Account, YOUR Choice.
If a non-member decides to buy, when they input their postal/zip code for their address, the nearest PCCM’s name will pop up, meaning YOU will receive the commission, & the buyer will receive a question along the lines of:
“Do you agree to your details being provided to your nearest member, Sample: Melissa?”
If they do not tick Yes, the commission remains with MCC in our trust account, with the funds distributed amongst PCCM’s & Team Members in November.
If they tick yes, the nearest member will receive a notification about this new customer, for the member to then contact the customer. I would suggest the initial contact as an email.

PCCM’s will be first advised about Employment Opportunities, Events, New Products & will be able to make suggestions too.
Each PCCM will also be eligible for the following:
Australia & NZ: 12 Months Guaranteed Employment
Rest of the World: 6 Months Sponsored Employment, with the possibility of an extension, subject to Government Regulations at the time,
At our First Production Studio, which will be located in Victoria, Australia.
PCCM’s will share 80% of Annual After Tax profits, which will be paid early November annually, hoping to start November 2023.
For Transparency reasons, I need to advise:
The Joining Fees will be used to fund the establishment of MCC, however, if the minimal $$$$$$$$$ are not achieved, then each PCCM will receive a Full Refund*.
*Only moneys received to our account will be refunded.
Payments MUST Be made to either Melissa’s Australian Bank Account, or her Wise account.
However, once MCC established, a Business Bank Account will be opened, & will receive payments for candles, wax melts, etc. This will also be the account in which all payments will be paid from to PCCM’s, T/M’s, Suppliers, Government Fees/Taxation/Superannuation requirements.
We will never request credit card details, or accept cash, therefore if someone asks for either, please let us know.
We feel this is safer way for all PCCM’s and you will have an electronic record of the transaction.
How You, as an PCCM, receive payments from your customers, is up to you, but all payments to us, must be electronic.
