Top Performing T/M each year, will receive 12 Months Top Cover Health Insurance, Fully Paid by MCC.
We believe in Equality therefore we will not be referring to our Team, other than Team Members or Family.
We will treat each T/M with respect, dignity, equality and fairly, and each will be able to make suggestions.
We will involve each T/M in most decisions, especially those surrounding them.
Our goal is to employ unskilled Humans, 21+, who will be trained in transferrable skills.
Part Time, 16-20 hours per week $400-$500 @ $25 per hour, +20% super and $1 per completed candle, (Candle Making Duties).
Full Time 40 Hours, Same As Above. Added Extra: Will receive 1 paid day off monthly. Hence why F/Tβs work an extra 2 hours weekly, unpaid.
Team Members will share 10% of After Tax Profit, paid early November annually.
Hours: Monday to Friday 07:00–17:00, yes, itβs 10 hours, but breaks will be unpaid.
Breaks: 30 Minutes each for morning and afternoon tea. 1 Hour for lunch.
Team Members can elect to have their breaks reduced.
At this stage, No T/M will work weekends or Public Holidays, we will ask for volunteers. Weekends/P/H worked will only be when we are struggling to keep up with orders. W/E & P/H Rates to be determined & advised in writing before offering weekend/PH work.
Each Team Member will be trained in all areas of the business:
Candle-Making,
Warehousing,
Packing,
Administration,
General Office, The last 2, might be WFH.
Canteen,
Cleaning,
Child Care Centre,
Transportation.
We envisage being a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), however, if this is not possible, then T/Mβs will be able to attend Classroom Training, 1 or 2 days per week, paid of course in addition to their Onsite working attendance.
We want to help Everyday Humans succeed, both Career and Financially Wise.
We will also allow flexibility in the workplace for all Team Members.
Hopefully there will be a Child-Minding space, so parents can work and still be close to their offspring.

T/M Leave Benefits:
1 Mental Health Day per month.
12 days Sick Leave.
Additional 12 days Personal Leave.
5 weeks Annually.
Non-Smokers will receive an additional leave day per month.
Additional Bonus: Leave days can accrue into the following calendar year, or paid out in cash, T/Mβs willl decide.
Each T/M will have access to EAP as needed.
