Spending time with our families, who if I remember correctly, were planning our wedding at age 4. A nice gesture.
I totally regret not being totally honest with you about the trauma I was going through, I will also regret not being able to trust you enough, but I was ashamed.
CB you were the best thing to ever happen to me.
I wish I had not listened to my father, instead:
FOLLOWED MY HEART
& Gone to talk to you. What would have transpired no1 will ever know, but in hindsight, I would have done whatever you wanted, sadly, if you really wanted to permanently terminate our relationship.
I would have understood.
CB, you lit up every room you walked into, because of that infectious smile of yours, which when I am depressed, will think about & then smile.
To anyone reading this today, I would like to pass on this bit of advice:
“If Someone Tries Telling You Something About Someone, But, In Your Heart, You Know The Person Is Wrong, Then Follow Your Heart, No Matter What, As You Will Never Know.”
I also strongly urge everyone to reconnect with those from your past, especially given the events of the past couple of years.
