These costs will assist us fund the set up costs:
Purchase Vacant Land, Permits, Construction, Fit-Outs of each building.
Hopefully, we can use recycled products, where possible.
We will be Pet Friendly too.
The 14 nights accommodation can be transferrable.
This is subject to change, depending on funds raised, and/or size/location of vacant land.

In Line with COVID, we will have touchless Hand Sanitiser Stations located around the park, and desk top ones in each cabin too.
Our main goal is to assist Winners escaping Toxic Environments to find Safe, Secure, Stable Accommodation.
The park will have a mix of accommodation types:
1, 2, 3, & 4 Bedroom.
Each will have 1 parking spot included.
Each cabin will be fully furnished, including a washing machine and dryer, but there will also be a retractable clothes line available at each cabin.
If enough funds raised, maybe a 10 story, 100 Studio Apartments.
In the middle of the property will be a common entertainment area.
Comprising: Games Room, Meeting Room, All Year Round Swimming Pool, Showers and Changing Facilities, Commercial Kitchen. Maybe even a casual Dancing Club type room.
Landscaped gardens with exercise equipment, and a playground.
Hydroponic Herb and Vegetable Garden, for each Resident/Guest to harvest as needed.
There will also be an on site General Store, Take Away, Hairdressing/Beauty Salon, Motor Vehicle Repairs/Servicing and Mel’s Customised Candles Production Studio.
The entire Park will be solar powered which will harvest Rain Water.
Unlimited High Speed Internet too.
Hopefully there will be Pay TV too.
Free Transport to/from the local railway station, hopefully either Lara, Little River, and/or Werribee for Residents/Guests.
This will be extended to Melbourne CBD on occasions.
Transport will be included from/to Avalon Airport.
Possible Rent cost, including all utilities, except Phone:
$200 Per week for a Studio/1 bedroom of 6 months or more + $50 per week for a 2 hour clean, but Residents/Guests can choose to clean their own cabin.
Security will be tight:
Entry via Security Swipe Card, $50 per card deposit, refundable upon vacate.
CCTV will be prevalent around the park and recorded too.
Hopefully this will be a large park, with around 100-400 Residents/Guests at any one time.
We will provide Short and Long Term Accommodation.
If Long Term Residents on Government Benefits, we will Employ them for 16 hours per week.
Draft Terms and Conditions:
1. 4 weeks Security Bond.
2. No Illegal Activity Allowed.
4. All Residents/Guests will be required to provide a recent clear Police Check.
5. Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination (Fully Vaccinated Only)

$5-10 Million AUD.
