TEAM MEMBERS:

Full-Time– 40 Hours worked, but 38 hours paid, will receive 1 paid day off per month.

Wages– $1000 per week, +20% Superannuation & $1 per candle completed.

Part-Time 16 Hours Per Week. $400, +15% Superannuation & $1 per candle completed

Hours per day will be 07:00-17:00.

Breaks will be unpaid: 30 Minutes Morning and Afternoon Tea. 1 Hour Lunch.

However, T/M’s can elect to have these reduced if you wish to alter your hours, must be by mutual agreement.

Share in 10% of Annual After Tax Profits, Paid early November in time for Christmas.

Vegan Food and Beverages supplied each Duty Shift.

T/M’s will be trained in the following areas:

Candle-Making

Administration

Cleaning

Cafe

Packing

Warehouse

Transport

Further Jobs as they arise.

Team Members will be treated as Team and involved in most decision making, because T/M’s are our Greatest Asset.
